I'm new here so I haven't gotten the layout of the forums down quite yet. So forgive me if these questions seem stupid to you.

Where can I view the mods and admins?

I want to create a signature shop forum where I will make sigs for the members. Would a mod or admin set one up for me?

Do the forums support BBCode and/or HTML?

If the site owner doesn't mind I've put anime fuel on my topsite list on my forum The Random Reply. (link in sig)

Where can I see the ranking system as it corresponds to post count?/How many posts for each level/What are the levels?

If I wanna be a Mod, How do I apply?

Where do I suggest a new forum? Like a member photo forum or a signature shop?

We make BBCode available to all users but HTML is restricted to members of the staff in order to avoid any potential viral infiltration.
