Well seeing how no one has mentioned about the whole dragon ball movie on here I thought I would. I have mixed feelings on this movie. There are many reasons why:
1. The actor for goku is scrawny. If they plan on even continuing with other movies (which has been mentioned it seems) the actor better buff up or they should just switch actors http://www.angryasianman.com/images/angry/dragonball02.jpg. I just dont see a possibility of him even reaching king kai level 5....
2. every other actor playing the rest of the roles are sweet. yamcha was a flipping great choice. he at least looks the role and so does everyone else http://popseoul.files.wordpress.com/2007/12/20071217dragonball-joonpark1-small.jpg
3. flying.... how are they going to create the flying and high air moves without the graphics and obvious false hood being obvious? that and the energy balls and etc. how how how. unless they have a visual team that is godlike i am worried that it is going to look like some 1930s king kong version where little toys are being thrown here and there and we are suppose to suck it up
4. they are at least following the actual story plot. I am sure that they realized that if they dared to fall off the trail of the original series that EVERYONE was going to be pissed. there are millions of fans out there that have their fingers crossed about this movie. I am one of them.:dancing:
5. I forgot to mention that master roshi is no where near similar in appearance. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3091/2550146482_bb565f3668_o.jpg if this good sir is playing him then like w.e......master roshi is an old white man living on an island with a turtle shell and a giant turtle friend.
the obvious fact is that they have a crew that can half fit the the series and half not. goku and master roshi could both use better actors!!! I am just hoping that this film will be made properly and not rushed and stupefied. it would be heart breaking:pissed:
