I requested this series 2 days ago and got the following answer from Spirit.

"Excuse me, but are you mentally challenged? Otherwise, I can't understand why didn't you read the New Request Guidelines, second why are you requesting series that we already HAVE on our Site? Is it so hard to type in a search window the title and hit "enter"???
People, please respect our and your time."

First i will say that i have read the new request guidelines, checked the page for the series, and checked for an earlier request for said series.

Second. the series Chäos;HEAd is not on the site. I had already checked under C, but this time i have looked at every single series and confirmed that it isn't there. I also checked it wasn't written as the Japanese name.

We had it, I'm guessing you didn't use the search function on the home page. Next time check with that considering the home page hasn't been updated in a while.

First of all I wasn't personal when I wrote that reply, therefore I don't see a reason why should you take it this personally as well as make it another thread. Indeed, I got a little bit irritated by the fact our Request Forum was/is getting constantly spammed by over the same requests. It's "not fun" to see the same request 3 times in the row as I check all of the requests, daily.

I had already checked under C, -- haha, yeah, that's why I asked you if you were "mentally challenged" ;)
It seems like you're trying to excuse yourself here but... you missed a very important part where I said: "Is it so hard to type in a search window the title and hit "enter"???" So, no... you didn't check our site properly. And it's a lie that: the series Chäos;HEAd is not on the site.
That's why before one decides to request anime I greatly encourage them to:
Check in all possible ways if we don't have it. I've said that many times before "looking" at the main page is not enough since it's being updated once in a while.
One of the ways is to click on the menu tab "Latest Episodes" or like I said earlier, use the SEARCH WINDOW, which is the best of all options (unless you don't know how to type/misspell the titles).
Lastly, please make sure if there is NO request like that (which you didn't do otherwise you would know it was already fulfilled).

Chaos;HEad was added on Nov. 8th, which is almost 2 weeks ago. Now, you requested it 2 days ago.
I will try to update that series frequently as soon as i find it subbed. Please, stay patient and ENJOY it.

Lol, never noticed that search window before. Thought you mean a search window of the ctrl+f variety.

Anyway i stand corrected.
