Post the episode numbers, becuase the very first episode I checked worked fine.

only the OVA's work the rest of the series episodes wont work like the video box just stays white an wont load

They all work fine for me. Update your flash player and keep refreshing every 20 seconds until a video works, then every other video should load for you in the same amount of time as your last refresh for the first episode.
