HALO 3 Recon

So what does anyone know or think on the next HALO game? More specifically what do you know about HALO 3_Recon?

Or post your thoughts on what you think would be great to see happen next in addition to the Halo-verse, like for example; the Master Chief's return in a small glimpse during a CG cut-sene...

Well I just got my GameInformer magazine today with a center article on Halo 3 Recon. And from what I've read it looks really good and I hope to get a 360 this winter, so I plan on hopefully getting it when it comes out next fall I think. Gives me time to get the others and catch up. Also apparently they are changing some stuff and getting rid of some abilities you had as a spartan so the game is more tense.

Well I heard of Halo War who would suppose to be strategy game.... they wont do it ? well ... I don't know.... Halo 3 finish good ^^ it was a nice end... I'm scared that they ruined it all :( lol but i'm still getting it ^^

in Recon your not a spartan though. are't you just a regular guy? i also heard that it was just an extension of campaign.. idk... im probly wrong

What are those monster ? and who that guy is suppose to be ?? is this earth? why so many ... crap can't remember their name..? Is that happen in the same time ? to many question oooh no ! I hope that is more than just an expension

I saw online that it's more of just an expansive bit of content, it won't actually be a full fledged game, but a downloadable that runs about 5 hours.

it takes place during the same time as when halo 3 did, but in Recon your just a regular soldier not a spartan. that city was in campaign for halo 2 or 3 can't remember but it was all destroyed. and those other guys were brutes :)

well you aren't a normal that normal you're a ODST. it takes place during halo 2 and 3.

Feels like a way to suck money out of 16 year old boys. Give me Halo 4 instead.

apparently when you complete the new achievements like vidmaster you will get recon armor...not sure if that is true or not.

Its name has changed to Halo: ODST.

apperantly its a stand alone expansion, diffrent ain char, still earth story set to just before halo3's end ... :O looks just fine .

well I know that Halo 3 recon will be based of either Halo 2 or 3. It wont be about the Master Chief. It will be more aboutl the stories of the Marines. It will be more covert, one shot one kill kind of stuff
