Alright. Well like you said Cloud can wield a very large sword easily and squall has a hard time wielding a 50 pound keyblade. Squall is nothing without his GF's. Cloud doesnt need summons to be good. Anybody want to argue this issue with me? I will be waiting. I can't think of much to say right now because nobody has argued and i don't have nothing to really go on. n_n

First of all Kingdom Hearts has nothing to do with this. Squall has no trouble lifting a large weapon, find me some proof from the game that he does. Squall doesn't need GFs, he has probably the most powerful finishing move in all of the Final Fantasy games for being a main character. I would hope you've played FF7 and FF8 cause Squall kicks ass without GFs. I mean 9,999 damage worth of ass. Plus Cloud has to use materia does he not. Same principle as GFs. Plus Squall dresses better.

I say cloud because cloud is better. Squall, i loe his gunblade and all but cloud would defeat him. If squall went against sephy..no chance...cloud however, there is a real battle..so cloud wins.

i think the seem the same character wise but squall is more a lonely nature and cloud is more confident. going for a battle with the games restrictions then for attack squall's gunblade has a 255% accuracy so never misses however with the right materia cloud can attack more than once and counter attack, magic squall can store more magic and use more summons since cloud is restricted to equipped materia, for limit break cloud's needs to charged and can only be used once before needing to recharge, squall's is only when he is low on health and can keep skipping to next character till you get it and repeat next turn however there's no guarantee you'll get lionheart all the time and i think lionheart hits 2 or 3 more times than omnislash.
I'm not sure who i like more but it's probably squall.

Alright I am replying to soulten. In no way possible was I referring to kingdom hearts in my previous entry's. In final fantasy 7 cloud is very fast with his buster sword. In final fantasy 8 squall is slow with his keyblade. Go figure. I'm going by a lot of the physics with this. Cloud is also genetically enhanced by mako too. Cloud does not have to use materia or summons, it's optional and who cares if he dresses better he would still get his ass kicked. Also if I recall final fantasy 7 and 8 both have different ways that damage is issued.
