Most useless character?

In all anime we've seen characters come and characters go. But have they all earned their keep or are they just a 'pretty' face? Who is the most useless anime character in your opinion?

To me, Tenten from Naruto. True she has fought some ppl and sure she has won but does she really deserve the spot in the show? Out of all the ninpou in the series, her's seems...useless...

Yah, I agree with you about Tenten. Does she even have a background story like everyone else? Hmmm...if she does then i'm sure as hell i don't remember.

So far Excalibur from Soul Eater does nothing but radiate insanity. If only they decided to make an episode with him finally choosing a partner and releasing his so called "Ultimate Power". Then i would be satisfied with his existence.

I saw up to Soul Eater 5 and then went on to something else. I'll check it back eventually though.

About Kon, his only use is if they're in the real world and Ichigo needs to go Shinigami. Otherwise Kon is useless...

Hmmmm.... there were two episodes wasted on excalibur on soul eater. The only thing i like about him is how he says BAKA but still... a word is not worth an episode let alone two.

Yu-gi-oh....the most useless character in that show was rex, weevle, that guy with that damn key around his neck and i think its useless because if you can't play the damn card, why have him in the game, exodia or however you spell his name. While it is true that all Sakura does is cry and she completly destroys the name Sakura completely she makes up for it in Shipudden where she kills an Akatsuki. What major thing has been done by Tenten? She appeared in filler episodes at the end of Naruto and is hardly mentioned in Shipudden...

No, really. There is only "one" time in the ENTIRE series that Tenten has served even a minor use.

She doesn't really speak much. When she does, it's lacking independant thought. (AKA: I agree with you, ____ chan!)

If there's a "single" good thing about her it's that near the end of the original Naruto she appeared to have a romantic interest in Rock Lee. So, by my book, that's the only way she can save herself.

Useless Character...I'd say it have to be Professor Oak from pokemon. He barley showed up in the series and the only thing he did was house ash's pokemon. He was useful in the game but not in the series.

I'd have to say Orihime from Bleach, she's really weak and although she says she'll protect her friends, she ends up having to get saved in the end.

I also find the need to say that Miya from Mai-Otome is another useless character along with that little girl and the other one that goes with them. You never see them fight nor are they in any major parts of the storyline! All Miya does is get molested by Tomoe and try to get Arika expelled...bitch
