Personaly my Fav has to be from Bleach "After Dark" - Asian Kung-Fu Generation

Hey Yu Yu Hakusho opening song came to mind right away, and another is Beck's ending song full moon sway..

both have been said, but the opening to the first gig of ghost in the shell (inner universe) and the opening to cowboy bebop. those two and one of the openings to FMA are the only intros I never skipped or left the room for (can't remember then name of the FMA song, but it was catchy and I damned it for that...damn catchy tunes and their catchiness)
