The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

I was recommended by a friend to watch this anime and i started to watch it and saw that episode 4 is way out of order its suppose to come later in the show and, i havent further checked if the other episodes are out of order, can anything be done to fix that?

the enitre series is like that watch after the credits they even talk about it they will show one thing go to something else for an episode and then go back to it i guess you could compare it to pulp fiction because that movie was out of order like The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
and that movie was badass and so is this anime series

The episodes are in "Kyon" order, which is how they aired. But the chronological order is episode 2-3-5-10-13-14-4-7-6-8-1-12-11-9.
