Where I live they wont let us Trick or Treat at night only during certain time in the day. Also we can only do it on the weekend so I don't know if they gonna let us do it today.

I WANT TO GO OUT!!! It's Halloween on a Friday and it's not going to be that for another seven years. But I have decided against going out this time and instead will wait for next year when Halloween will be on a Saturday at which point I have a place time and party I will be at planned out already. *SIGH* Still I want to go out and party....but I have to save money for New Years....
