I found this by a total fluck. I read though most of it I I laughed, I cried, and pretty sure puked at one of them. Anyway, it a American Manga about a guys, his sisters, and his friends life as (what is it called) omake. It has about 120 pages so try it. Oh yeah, I linked to the second pg because the first one is kinda well, you will understand when you see and understand.
