Yay Im a pessimist!

Wrote this randomly one day lol
can I get some opinions? thanks =]

Endowed with destruction
drowning in sorrow
we seek what we need
forget what we have

Cruelty we gain,
hatred we obtained
tattered and listless,
infinity awaits are morality.

As darkness manifests
incurring itself
entitled to opinion,
I say death to myself.

Till deaths dying breadth
the finality of the gates
we stand before judgment,
our paths bathed in darkness.

If only we knew
what lay ahead
we would never lead
our paths astray.

Always running,
from that which we fear
summoned with terror,
inside ourselves.

But the world, all just torment
filled with nothing but lies
brutality incarnate
yes, this is our lives.

Haha, that could easily be interpreted to be "mocking" towards pessimism/emo. Although I doubt that's what you were getting across, it's how I'd like to interpret it to myself.

That title is what made me think it, since the first word is ironic to the last. In any case, good read. I laughed.
