My vote goes to South Park. Sure Family Guy is great, awesome in fact, but South Park...I don't know how to write this...its, sick, gory, perverted, nasty, down right stupid with a mix of idiocy and complexity and all out craziness. Oh the glorious moments watching South Park and cringing in disgust and then laughing until tears came to my eyes.

South Park is alright, it's sometimes funny, but let's face it, it's been how many years and those kids have only gone up 1 grade just like the Simpsons, both of them seem to be dying, Family Guy wins this argument in my opinion

Family guy has its funny one line moments but the writers' inability to write a decent story line/plot and follow it through is pitiful, south park follows a PLOT and manages to be extremely funny as is goes along, Matt Stone & Trey Parker are genius. South Park hands down.
