Ok first let me start by say I don't know if there is a thread already made like this, if it is excuse me.

I want to see what the people of AF has to say. John McCain or Barack Obama, who do you guys think would make a better President.

I personally think that Obama would, because we don't need another Gorge W. Bush running the Us.

Why are there so many damn threads about the Presidential Election? Seriously people. We've cleared this topic already, let's move on...

Anyway, so Corwin doesn't either deleted my post or temp ban me for being offtopic, I'm going with Soulten.

I already voted by way of absentee ballot. I voted Obama/Biden. I'm not going to bother explaining my reasons on an internet forum where politics equate to favoritism and Lovecraft references, though.

That's not true, actually. If you looked at the previous thread, you'd see a lot of interesting points amongst those "favoritisms". That's how it is in RL, too. I don't think you should generalize like that, it tends to get on the wrong side of people.

With that aside, as I said before, I'm an Obama supporter. To be honest, I don't see how McCain can turn the tide around this late.

First of all, yes, a thread like this already exists, in the debate forum where it belongs. Please look around for this stuff, because The Off topic Lounge is literally for things that are "off topic".

Second, I would vote neither. They both do not appeal to me. One, because McCain is another bush. Two, Obama = bullshit imo. I wonder what the Libertarian campaign is about. You never hear about these guys, and no one really seems to vote libertarian so i guess whatever they have to say is pretty noneffective...what's his name Ralph Nader? dunno what his ideas are, but ill look into it.

As for who i think is going to win? Obama definitely. He outspeaks McCain by a long shot, and has definitely won the likings of most of the country.

If the nod to Lovecraft references wasn't a gigantic hint as to my blatant tongue-in-cheek exaggeration and sarcasm, I don't know what was.

But uh, yeah, I know it isn't all just favoritism, for the record.
