Okay this will probably be overlooked and what not but so what....

My little sister came in whining (like always) about some clown (CLOWN!!!!) going around our neighborhood and Chicago areas kidnapping children in some broke down van. She said people in her school including teachers and principles have seen him lurking around. She also said it was on the news (I don`t watch the news >.>)

My first thought....WTF are you serious *followed by laughter*

So it`s been almost a week and she`s freaking out, telling me to walk with people and walk where I can be seen etc etc. My sister is only 13, so remembering those days I conclude that it`s some myth spread around the school and my sister is rambling. But today she actually stood outside and waited for me to get home. That is not my sister....

Well I looked it up...I haven`t seen him or heard of him in my school...so...yea... They call him Homey the Clown and this is what I found....

not much but it`s something.... So what I`m rambling about is sick people are everywhere...we`ve known this like forever but I still don`t understand why...life sucks so much already but it doesn`t give people an excuse to make it worst.

well this guy hasn`t been caught. so nobody here will be sleeping for awhile. I only hope that I never get the chance to meet him if he does indeed exist and I hope no one else ever does as well. Let this be just another sick joke ... *sigh* My sister is freaking out at this moment about another person who just saw him...

I agree with you both in a way. Russkie I don`t think that would be safe for anyone and Mugen`s right. In the wrong hands a gun would be just as bad as whatever problem it was meant to solve and there would be unecessary deaths.

I believe everyone has a right to be safe and when that safety is threatened people have a right to defend themselves. This may be cruel, but if someone has caused death for any other reason other then the defense of themselves and others against some lunatic, then they should be put to death themselves.

So if death can be avoided through tasers and pepper spray, possibly a shot in the arm, leg or foot then I`d suggest that first. Then if that doesn`t work... the bullets can start flying for real.

I can see your point, but if someone is going to mess with my family, friends, or ME, then screw that noise. You just earned yourself a box of bullets.

You guys are getting off topic...

If it's such a big worry in the house that there's a child kidnapper, then just be absolutly sure that you have children with teachers or have all children hanging out in large groups if they have to wait outside. Otherwise just start picking your sister up from school yourself.

that's just freaky. i'm from a small town and we have the county pen. 10-15 miles away from us. last big crime had to be the blue eyed rapist. anyways i have a 22 rifle under my bed and i'm not that bad of a snipe myself.

I all the fault of clown ¬¬ and for the Fight against Mugen and Russkie XD Why not use gun who shoot rubber ball ? You can't take someone down without killing him is not more simple? But if everyone have a gun... The clown would have it too.... so it's not help because the clown could catch him before the kid saw him (well a clown suit is not the best for sneak but ... well XD) so I think that maybe one place is safe in the world...but I don't know where is it ^^' XD
