When reporting a video or videos you must select a prefix which is relevant to your case.
Examples
If you find a broken episode that is not working because it is down then you would select Broken Episode as your prefix.
If there is a missing episode from a series which we have neglected to add then select Missing Episode.
If we have placed the wrong episode under an incorrect title or category then select Wrong Episode.
If an entire series is non working which will most likely happen to any veoh series we add then select Broken Series as your prefix.
Your Title and Message
You must select a prefix. After selecting the relevant prefix type in the title of the anime episode or series which is having the problem and then a message about the problem telling us what the exact problem is if you can describe it any further.
Fixing Problems and Helping Us
We invite all users to help us fix any videos by replying to any reports stating whether the problem is the same with them so we know that it isn't a single user problem but please do not create a report thread for a broken piece of anime if one has already been made.
It would be even better if users could upload any broken or missing episodes.
Once the problem is fixed (if there is a problem) we will change the prefix to Fixed.
If there is no problem with the video, the prefix will be changed to Wrong.
