Baccano! - Missing subs

I was just watching episode 9 of Baccano! when partway through the subtitles lingered off. They stopped for a while and came back, but it's missing too much (I didn't watch the entire thing, I skipped through to see how much it was missing, decided it was too much and stopped). Please get a better video and replace it.
