I have a question about Yu-ig-oh!, I want to watch it..
But I don't know which is the first one, which is the second, etc.

Because, I can choose these series;

Oh I just remembered something, Yugioh: Capsule Monsters is a separate series but its events occur after Waking the Dragons saga and before Grand Championships arc.

No. The Grand Championship happen after Walking the Dragons. They need money to go back to Japan (after that Atlantis tragedy thingy), so they joined the Championship in USA (I think it is where it happens).

Actually Capsule monsters is supposed to be somewhere in season 5.

Here is the order.
Season 1 - Duelist Kingdom
Season 2 - Battle City
Season 3, Part 1 - Virtual World
Season 3, Part 2 - Enter the Shadow Realm (a.k.a. Battle City Finals)
Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light
Season 4 - Waking the Dragons (the Atlantis season)
Capsule Monsters
Season 5, Part 1 - KC Grand Championship
Season 5, Part 2 - Dawn of the Duel/Pharaoh's Lost Memories

I only read (some of) the trans. summaries anyways, so what American Version's order is not my concern,,
