We have a pet cat who's now 15 years old. We noticed her in our garden as a tiny kitten. She had clearly lost her mother, become nearly feral and would trust no one. Slowly we lured her closer to the house by giving her bits of food and milk. Finally, she let us pet her and eventually joined the family! Once we had won her trust, she became very affectionate and gentle. But she only relates to our immediate family and is suspicious of anyone else.

Omg!!! That's like exactly what they told me to do!!! I was sooo pissed I'm like uhmmm yeah.. not going to happen. Your not supposed to abuse tha animals!! One time when was helping the owner give a bigger dog a bath.. granteed the tub is up on a cement block sort of so it was hiigh off the ground. The do is chained to a pipe with the collar thing. And he started missbehaving.. freaking out scared and all.. she literally pushed him and just let him freak out instead of calming him down.. aka he was pretty much hanging out of the tub.. and it didn't phase her one bit!!! I wanted to help him but she told me to back off.. it really got to me.

I coulden't do that either.. that or vets their like doctors to me.. too much alike and they can hurt the animals.. I had one when I had my dog, spin him around and give him 7 shots in a matter of minutes.. needless to say he was sick for a week!!!
