Wtf are you talking about? If you mean the OVA, I don't know what the chances of it being moved are. If you are talking about a movie or a different OVA, one that isn't on the site, then your report isn't valid, because it just means we don't have the episode.

No, it is an actual episode. Episode 13, Chi goes to the Beach. It is not located on the list of episodes that you have. And since it is missing, my report of a missing episode is valid.

Chii goes to the ocean isn't located between 13-14, it is the title of episode 14 itself. And yes, we have that episode.
