college anyone?

i just enrolled at UTI (Universal Technical Institute) today for auto/diesel. and i wanted to know what your college plans are. or if you already went to college where did you go? what for? and did you got the job you went for?

I'm a college sophomore right now. I am a biology major with a pre-med focus (yes, I'm insane, I know...). I plan on attending medical school after this. My goal is to become a pediatrician in a private practice or do medical missions to third world countries (hopefully both).

haha thanks...my mom just thinks i'm stubborn (i've said i wanted to be a doctor since i was a kid - i walked around with a little black plastic dr.'s bag with a bracelet cast and fake shots, sphygmomanometer (blood pressure), etc.).

But, auto/diesel...what are you planning to do with that? Mechanic?

yeah. ive loved cars my whole life. and mechanics are extremely in demand. i dont know its just a passion.

that's cool, you're getting into something you love to do. mechanics are definitely important. my brother-in-law and my uncle are mechanics. it definitely helps me out when I can't figure out what's wrong with my car.

By the end of this school year I intent to apply to VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University). Undecided for now on what I'm going to do. But it's probably going to end up either at VCUMC (Medical Center) or the School of Engineering.

I havent decided if I want to go to college or not. Im probably going to wait until I get back from my tour in Iraq. But, if I do go to college, the Army will pay for me, ha! Beat that.

I want to go to ELTE (Eötvös Lóránd Tudományi Egyetem/University) to learn sociology and other society science classes like andragógia (I couldn't find this word in the dictionary...) this university is one of the best so i hope my grades will be good enough to study (for free) there

I am currently enrolled in Troy University in Ft. Benning Georgia. My major is Criminal Justice. I have 18 Credits left till I graduate for my Associates and then Im going to go for my Bachlors.
