I can only find episode 13,14 & 16 on english, can't find the original language with english subs...

You can't report videos for being a dub or a sub, only if the video doesn't have an english subtitle or isn't in english.

where should I then write if I hope someone would be able to tell me where to find the japanese version with english subs?
