For me to sleep I need it to be pitch black. I find it more comfortable and relaxing.Plus it takes me a while to sleep so if a light was on I wouldn't stop thinking about it, and I would get less sleep.

I prefer pitch black. I can sleep though if the light is on... but it's better if it's dark. I only had one habit, I always closed my room's door before going to bed. I can't stand if the doors are open at night in the house... Now my room is at the attic and I haven't got door T_T plus my bed is beside the stairs... first it freaked me out that I can see shadows there and they are giving out creepy noises sometimes but now I'm used to it.

Err... you mean that you are sick and can't sleep during the night? Because that is called insomnia - when people suffer from not being able to fall asleep or having short periods of sleep.

...yeah im an insomiac!,.and when im forcing myself to sleep at night makes me feel crazy,.my head hurts so much that i want to cry!,.so i do some stuffs like reading or cleaning my nails or practicing make up or try my shoes and clothes,.yah know to keep me from boredom,.

when i dont have classes for next day,.i get to sleep when its 4:00 to 6:00 in the morning,.huhuhu,.

I find revolvers to be much more reliable for home defence than semi-automatics when it comes to knowing or not if its going to fire correctly or just squirt water out. Not to mention, Desert Eagles are way over rated.

Hmm I never need to put any lights on, I have Red/Blue LED lights in my computer and front glow beams in blue with a interchanging multi-coloured light section, so whether I like it or not they are always shining me to sleep in a way, cuz i get so facinating quick changes of the lights that i fall asleep...:moon: That's right i hate to turn off my computer there's always something running 24/7 :P

So I guess in a way the only lights that are allowed to be on when I'm sleeping are my computers elsewise I get irritated and turn whatever else off! Cuz I like the dark all the rest of the time...slits eyes like a vampire in a lite room.:serious:

I remember though, 3 months ago or so, I was terrified of games like Fatal Frame and Silent Hill (or movies, like The Grudge and stuff) but I was always fascinated with them. So of course, I would go and play them. And eventually get so scared I couldn't stand to be in the dark. Even going up stairs would freak me out and I would run up them yelling -___-;;. Evenually, my friend forced me to play Fatal Frame 2 in the dark, with surround system with her there. well i like sleeping in the dark cause its alot relaxing and if the lights was on i wouldnt get enough sleep it would end up just blinding my eyes when lying down the bed lol

I can sleep with light on but i prefer pitch black.
