i know they now have computer gen. hentai
but do they also have comp. gen. anime
if they do how do you feel about it
i they dont do you think its a good idea
i personally think that anime should stay
regular ass animated
what do you think????
No. Some like School Days have different endings. Instead of bad endings from anime that leave you thinking, you could play the game. (H-game)

Uhm, I don't quite understand, but yes, some animes are from games and I think nothing is wrong with that, except for the fact that some times, they pick the tragic endings.

There two problems I could think of from that. One, some games are not translated to English. Fate/Stay Night for example. Im still not finished with that game since my Sakura Route is not yet translated. Two, its Hentai. Some people don't want to play games with Hentai branded on it.
i like porn. porn is awsome. its the lonely mans solution.

How did this little talk get started? Did you even read what the post says? blackfob is talking about Computer Animated movies/series being referred to as anime. How the hell did School Days get brought up? True it was based on a visual novel, but it's not computer animated...
This all depends on what meaning of anime you are referring to. Some know it as a particular art style, while some refer to it as any animation from Japan. It depends on how you define it. I personally (as well as Anime News Network) define anime as any animation from Japan, so I would consider the CG stuff anime.

stuff like last exile and metropolis, right!
cg in anime's been pretty interesting. Sometimes it's a cool effect to have, but often times as a whole I find that they pour too much into the cg more than the story or development of the actual show. It's like a spielberg flick, make it flashy and everybody's happy.
though I do dig metropolis. the cog wheel scene is a pretty cool use of cg in an anime. Not overwhelming or really related to the movie, but an awesome visual.

either way is cool to me. there are so many visual effects you can pull off with cgi that cannot be done with 2d drawing alone. however i myself appreciate the skill and effort put into a well drawn anime; since they have the 3d effects drawn in the second demension (kudos anime artists). but yeah cgi is the future; and you gotta accept the fact that they will use that technology to produce some badass shyt.

i didnt know that some anime endings were transferred into actual video games
i cant help but live in the past
(i still play with my pokemon blue)
but yes i am accepting the fact that CG is the way of the future
hahaha

well not quite the future. I doubt all anime's going to go the way of the final fantasy movies or anything. it's definitely digital now though, which is just another step that anime's taken.

well yeah of course anime's gonna always be anime. you cant just REPLACE cartoons. they're always gonna be there. but yes i am welcoming this new stuff called CG as another source of melting my eyes until they come out with something better.
