random question about the philippines

i was wondering... would you consider filipinos as pacific islanders or asians? cuz im always unsure on those ERBs and stuff like that... i think i usually put down asian but it is an island in the pacific, but is a part of asia... reply if you feel like it.

I've looked it up and the Philippines are not considered as part of the "Pacific Islands"

Pacific Islanders refers to the people that live in Polynesia, Micronesia, and Melanesia, and sometimes Hawaii. So the answer is no.
