Why won't the video play?
Videos on Anime Fuel are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you’ve installed.
Please completely uninstall FlashPlayer before reinstalling the latest version.
To uninstall FlashPlayer, please follow Adobe’s instructions, listed here:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
Once you're done, restart your computer and follow Adobe’s instructions for reinstalling FlashPlayer:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
If the instructions above don’t resolve the issue please try the following:
Temporarily disable popup blocking software installed on your computer to test.
Allow AnimeFuel.com or the media's hosting site (ex: Veoh, Stage6, Megavideo, etc.) as a trusted site in your Firewall software.
Ensure other applications like Quicktime, iTunes, Real Player, or Windows Media Player aren’t set as the default streaming application, as this might affect the video player.
We appreciate you taking the time to post a report thread but please attempt the following fixes before doing so.
Why does the video keep stopping and starting while I'm watching it?
If a video doesn't play continuously, it may be due to your connection speed. You'll need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience.
Another possible reason for choppy video playback is that a particular site's servers are experiencing high traffic. If this is the case, there's not much you can do.
It's also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded and then playing the video. Occasionally, an incomplete copy of a video can get stuck in your cache and never fully download. You can re-attempt the download by clearing your browser's cache.
To clear your browser's cache, please follow the instructions listed below.

We appreciate you taking the time to post a report thread but please attempt the following fixes before doing so.
Why are all videos stuck on the loading screen?
This could be caused by a number of things. First, you'll need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience.
If your connection speed meets the minimum requirement but you are still stuck on the loading screen, this could be caused by a firewall or internet blocker. These types of programs could block the media stream. If you have a firewall, you might want to temporarily disable it to see if the videos load. If so, you would need to adjust the firewall settings to allow streaming media from the home site of the particular piece of media (ex: Veoh, Stage6, Megavideo, etc.) to pass the firewall. If you are not sure how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your firewall.
This might also be caused by another streaming application such as Quicktime fighting for the stream. Please check streaming applications installed on your computer like RealPlayer, Quicktime, and Windows Media Player and ensure they are not enabled as the default player.
Sometimes a video won't play when your computer's system resources are low. You can fix this by either upgrading your computer's RAM or you can increase your virtual memory performance automatically by freeing up resources in your registry. To do this you'll need to complete a registry scan with a piece of registry clean-up software such as CCleaner. (AKA Crap Cleaner)

There is something else I would like to add onto the FAQ here.
It gets really annoying when people report videos that aren't broken, they just didn't wait long enough for it to load. What I suggest everyone do, especially for videos from Imeem, is after you go to the video, WAIT AT LEAST THREE MINUTES or so before posting in here that it's broken. Usually if the video is broken you will get a message saying so!!
Reports for videos that aren't broken waste the valuable time of the staff in helping give you guys the best anime site possible. So I will say it once again, wait a couple minutes to let the video load up! If it never loads, it may just be your connection speed, or any number of other things. If you don't get a message saying the video has been removed, and it still won't load, follow Jack's tips in the posts above. Once you make sure the video is broken, post a thread in the report forum, and we will repair the problem as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone that posts in here to inform us of broken videos but...
MAKE SURE THE VIDEO IS BROKEN BEFORE YOU REPORT IT!
Thank you!

Something people keep doing in the report forum when reporting stuff is really starting to get out of hand and quite annoying.
Quit making duplicate reports, If it is already reported, Don't make another report!!
CHECK before you make a report to see if someone has already made one!!!
Thank you for those of you who actually read this before making reports like the thread title says you should.
