I can't really think of any games that were truly easy for me (Console titles, at least) when I play on the top difficulty except one. Star Wars: Battlefront.

I loved Zelda games, but yes they were not easy to play. The first one (Ocarina of time) I found was more easier to play as than Majora's mask. I could never ever get though those 3 days and the moon scared me at first.
