Divx problem, need help

I just got a new update for divx player from stage6.com a few minute ago, after I installed the new update, I start having problem on all of divx player. When I start playing a divx video, my browser close and say a error have occur. Does this happen to anybody? I want to watch video so bad, what should I do?

I'd start by looking at the divx knowledge base, I installed the web player update but I haven't been having any problems, but if you can't find anything in their that helps you w/ ur problem, try reinstalling first, then contact their support staff

I can watch video on this site, but not on stage6.com, I wonder why?
