well, im not one that good with love, but i would say that she should first of all, lay the pros and cons. if that doesnt work, then i say she should talk with him, tell him that she feels awkward because he tries to hard, and to tell him to relax and let up a little. butr thats just me, and im no pro at this stuff.

though i really don't understand the problem, in any case i feel bad for the guy.. because i know how it feels to try really hard and it doesn't work, he distance himself and become a tad bit more mysterious and more of an asshole, if its the image wise, i would concetrate on looking like a bad-ass.. that is his only chance.
