Gif's and stuff

ok now, i hate asking for stuff but i have no idea how to make a gif or find the 2nd opening credits to Death note. So im going to ask everyone out here if its possible to make a small gif of L from season 2's opening credits when he spins on the chair and eats a piece of candy i duno y but i just love the way that little 3 sec "scene" image whatever looks and id like to put it in a few places. So if anyone knows how or could help me out so i could do it, i would feel honored an you would have many thanks

And I liked that scene as well. ^^

Another method of creating a GIF from an anime video file that may not be mentioned within that guide that I mentioned is to import the cropped portion of the file that you want to be displayed into Adobe Flash/Flash MX and save it as a GIF file.
Voila, no monotonous meddling with the frames.
