Well I think the topic says it all folks, somehow I managed to luck out and tricked Jack into taking care of it since I have no clue what I'm doing, hopefully we can all do something to help him out w/ it once in a while, even if it's just giving suggestions or pics to add to it, he'll let us know what he needs and we'll see what we can give, in the meantime it's in the very very early stages, but feel free to give it a gander, I think it's only one page right now, links don't go anywhere, but it's somewhere for us to advertise out great little community a little and get some more friends, check it out at http://www.myspace.com/animefuel
You little imp, where the hell's my Twix?
But yes, the AnimeFuel Myspace page is operational and will have information/media/whatever posted for advertising/enjoying/whatever soon.
-Jack
P.S. Guys, only make a suggestion unless you genuinely believe with all of your might and soul that it's a good one. Let's not post for the sake of posting here.

I dunno if you read the idea i had put up on including a section with links and info on the anime/toy/comic conventions, (domestic and abroad=afterthought), just wondered what you thought and as corwin said if you would have the time or it was even feasible.
Also i dont know if any of you guys are big "myspacers" but i do love it and can wright mediocre HTML for the pages on there so if you need a hand gimi a shout. I'm at your disposal.

well when I made that post in response to urs I don't think we had decided on or set up the myspace page yet, but I could see that being a lot more feasible at it, and we could add a link to that page here for those ppl who wanted to check out not only our myspace page but the cons like you were asking for, but still we'll see, it's in the early stages and there's still a lot of work we want to do on the site as well as other stuff we are doing on our own, but I don't see why we couldn't do it, and I'm sure jack will welcome an extra hand even if all you do is help out making suggestions and double checking the code

That's a good idea, Kai.
Thing is, it would take someone who's really into that sort of thing to keep up with the dates/times for the conventions as well as know ASAP when the newly announced ones are to be held.
So to summarize, it all comes down to the dedication of the person who would be in charge of posting the anime convention info. Because I know that I'm not. I've never been into that sort of thing and I'm usually far too busy to scrounge the depths of the internet to find the time of almost every anime convention in the U.S. Maybe not even just the U.S. either, we have to think about people in other countries, how would that work? So there's really a lot to consider when attempting to implement an idea such as the one that you have suggested.
But if you know of someone who has the ability to fulfill the needed requirements to do so than please do not hesitate to tell us.
Thank you.
-Jack
P.S. Much obliged, Kai. I'll be sure to let you know should I require any assistance with the page.

Heck yeah quote your quote of my quote, jeez so many levels >.< Anywho in reference to the addition of a con link, page er whatnot, Id help out with the dates and times it would only really be needed to be updated once in a whial and could be done by request if they weren't major as in listing the larger cons with links to the official page, from the us and uk. and if you guy could add a thread for the cons then when sum one says "hey im in Frankfurt are any coming here than we add Germany so on and so fourth. or something like that if it works? i'm just brainstorming here. So get back to me my Aim is on my profile and my hotmails on there as well i believe for msn if u wanna maybe figure something out
