Looking for an Anime

Okay this anime i saw was very long time ago about when i was 10, it was on the sci-fi channel, basicly the details i can rember about it are that it had a girl who could turn into a robot, and i think her sister could also turn into a robot, and in one of the episodes loads of people are on a ship and they start throwign there guts up and stuff, if i rember and this giant monster is attacking, and the girl has to kill it, also in another episode it has these manicans running around with knifes killing people, and one part is when they kill her brother or friend, cannot rember which and they both can turn into these robots. one other scene is kids playing in a field and suddenly a chopper comes and guns them down.


Would love to know this anime to watch it properly and remeber it cheers :cute:
