I like most shadow clone jutsu may not be very rare like chidori or rasengan or the magekio sharingan but with enough clones and good tactics i think it can beat any one of the jutsu i mentioned earlier.

I would say the most useful would be the Kage Bunshin No Jutsu. Seeing as you can multitask AND learn at the same time from the shadow clones. Or maybe the Amaterasu, seeing as only a Mangekyou Sharingan User can put the black fires out.
