when i sign up it said that you can download video, but i dont know how. can you tell me please

The download of specific episodes of a certain anime is still an extremely young feature of Anime Fuel. It is rather low on the priority list of our staff, however, as we are usually busy attempting to publish any piece of Japanese animated media that we can manage to get our hands on in a dire attempt to keep our promise of bringing you (the viewers) the latest and greatest anime episodes for your viewing pleasure with virtually no wait time.

However, you can usually find Megaupload links to many episodes of some of the more well-known or popular anime series on their respective index pages.
