um...the tap. good clean water where I am. It surprises me when I hear places don't have adequate tap water. I mean wouldn't you prioritize a basic necessity of life like that before you start paving roads and all that jazz? Paying for water is quite possibly the most retarded thing around I'd say. vitamins are good though, make sure you get all you need.

I personally like regular water better. I'll drink Vitamin water sometimes if we have it or someone offers me some, but that's it. The flavor is too much like a wanna-be kool aid.

Probably because vitamin water is supposed to give the body energy, and calories happens to be that energy. But remember, if you dont burn those calories they become stored as fat cells in your body.
