proxy with flash

Is there a proxy that updates their flash so i can go to newgrounds.com because their is a show on new grounds that i watch before newgrounds.com was blocked by the government here. I want to continue watching it again. So if anybody knows please tell me. thank you.

If anybody finds a proxy for me then I will help them gain more of their army.

Well unless you have a fairly computer incompetent government, I doubt there's any proxy that will be able to bypass a federal lock on a site. So I don't know what to tell you other than move to a country with a better sense of humor, who can appreciate sites like Newgrounds.

I could use blockedhere.com with no problem but their flash aren't updated which sucks.
