Some silly things that you enjoy. I dunno. Just be creative, lol ;)
Think "positively".... this is supposed to be a "therapy" right? ;))))

It takes trivial things to get up set or feel miserable... yet another trivial incident might be a source of the greatest contentment ;)

well, in your case.....I am not sure if you are lucky or not that you believe in God.... because still... you are not being happy...
and I don't think that God's idea of create this world and ppl in it, was actually in order to make them suffer through their lives....
but to experience as much as they can (both good and bad) and to extract from those experiences as much wisdom they can... therefore to enjoy the life itself... the way it is. (even enjoy the sadness, if you know what I mean) Or am I wrong?... Maybe the God you believe in, wants you to suffer (?).... maybe it is just right... to feel sorry ... and not being able to live.... (?) Because you are not living your life, if there is no balance.

i may have some of the wierdest things that make me happy. one thing that always makes me smile and giggle is the sound of a shovel hitting something. also the sound of an awesome engine makes me giddy like a little kid. when i play a song on guitar and hit every note perfect is another one. i dont know. i like to enjoy the little things in life. the sun the breeze the beach. its all natural beauty and when i try to point it out to people i feel as though they just dont understand...

Allow me to hold your head under the waters of wisdom and knowledge for a moment... What I just quoted (from myself) was me explaining in a very short answer how God has nothing to do with the fact that I hate human beings.

Just because I dont like people does not mean I cant come to realization of the existance of God. I know he exists, I know he has a plan for me, and I know I hate my fellow man. Why is this so difficult to understand?

There is one more thing you should know. Its very hard for me to talk about my religious beliefs (whethers the topic was originaly brought up by me or not).
