I checked on Wiki and it says 145. I'm guessing there's only 145 then? Dont know if it will continue.

Its on going, I believe. Its just that there are not much people translating it. The last time I know, they stop at 129(?). I heard from a friend that 140 and above are being translated, but not sure, haven't watched them.

I don't know about the anime, but the manga is updated weekly on www.onemanga.com.

The series goes up to 145, that's the last episode, no word yet if they are going to have a movie or OVA to tie up loose ends and take it to a full conclusion although I believe it will. As it stands most groups didn't ever touch E21 in terms of subbing and the few that did, couldn't be bothered to keep it going. So to the best of my knowledge there is only 1 subbing group still working on the series, and after a long hiatus where they searched for a new translator they are back working on it, they have all but the last 5-8 eps subbed, they are currently working on encoding the last few. But since they are a site that runs on donations I get the feeling that they are trying to milk the series for the last bit of money they can make. But from what I can tell, they are going to release them within the next week, at which point I will finish updating E21.
