Why did you bump up such an old thread? But it's a good thing you did, as I missed this one entirely. Moe doesn't mean "fetishes", it means to feel attraction or affection towards an animated or drawn character. Moe also refers to the drawing style that is used to draw characters that are intended to do this to the reader.
