As far as what the best Anime with best soundtrack goes....honestly, it doesn't get any better than Cowboy Bebop! from the moment that the theme song "TANK" kicks in, it's a Tour De Force of Jazz at it's finest! I know a lot of you out there don't much care 4 Jazz but much like Anime, it's not 4 every 1!!!

I love the music in Yu Yu Hakusho, the dubbed Dragon Ball Z, Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, Gundam 0080, 0083, G Gundam, Zoids Chaotic Century, etc. But my favorite has to be Rurouni Kenshin, some of the themes in that anime really gives me the chills, its fantastic.
