Hello guys, Me and my family is going through a hard time now, we just got the message that my aunt wich I have good contact with, have a Brain Tumor. :(
We do not know if it is canser or not yet ,but she have to go through a difficult brain surgery , Wich means that chanses of survival is lower than... you know...
This is really hard for all of us.
Just a few years ago my uncle had canser too, but he survived :D
Anyone have anything sympatic or optimistic to tell us ? it would really help.

aahhhh! That must be a disaster to all of you!.. I can't even imagine.. how she or you must feel... I'm deeply sorry... And I have a true belief that everything is goin to be just fine.
When I was 14, I also had a surgery because I could die from the gall bladder perforation... I was really scared, 'cause it was a high time when they discovered it... I was having every day attacks.. and each attack could end up really bad.
I also had MRI on my bran done last year, because my neurologist wanted to exclude a possibility of a tumor... due to my severe and impossible migraines.
There is nothing we can do... try to calm down... be patient.... and the best for now would be..... to BREATHE!... and spend as much time together as you can!

Devote your strength to comfort rather than worry. It's better for you to be a marker of support rather than a symbol of the trouble that could be. It's never certain how something like this will turn out, so just keep a level head and stay positive. We're all routing for you. (y)
Pray to God and God will lay his hands on your wonderful aunt and bless her to cure Brain Tumor/Cancer.

Sorry to hear about that Rice, I hope she gets better. What I would be is keep an open positive mind, and be there with her. There's a chance that she will be cured.

You'd be surprised what medical science can help with these days.

i agree with analogZero. it's stressful to have a sick family member, but the best thing for you to do is stay positive despite the worry that you may be feeling for her. there have been studies which show that laughter is maybe not the best medicine, but it can improve healing with intense medical situations. so stay positive and happy in her midst and enjoy all of the time that you have left with her.
Hey I have had to had brain surgery once they did not think I would live it was that or die the other was so they did it and it was impossible to think that the doctor did not think that I would live either way so he was surpised that I made it throught with flying colors I was almost famous from it!

Scientists believe that people who think positive in situations like this live like non-smokers compared to the ones who smoke.. so just think positive! ANd always hope for the best!!!
