Did you create this from the scratch?
If so,you are very talented,although i couldn't help it but notice that you need to work on the face more.The body and general background's pretty good,if not perfect.

I agree, that is really well done, my only comment is on the face near the mouth and eyes, there is a little blob of red that just doesn't look right there, you may want to remove it so as not to obscure her face or make it look more like blood on her and less like a random blob
