That's right, you can't stop me from making more gaming threads. On that note, I've noticed that just about every thread I've made comes back around to mention Rpg games. So, I want to hear some of the more memorable things from every rpg you've ever played. This even includes games as far as Dungeons and Dragons on the Atari 2600.

I will still say and forever say, WoW.

And whoops misread title, my favorite moment is when I'm pwning n00bz while roleplaying with my friends (thats some good fun).

And of course, the first thing I'll mention is Legend of Dragoon (Since, Dart is my avatar). The one moment that caught me SERIOUSLY off gaurd was the death of one of your teammates about 3/4ths through the first disk (Avoiding spoilers). It took a long while to get used to his replacement, considering he attacked 3 times as fast, and the death was even more painful when you went to see the deceased person's mother.

RuneScape: Back when "Pking" (Player killing) was still around, I got owned by a lvl 60 using ancient spells... Not something you would expect from a low level such as that.

I think that huge moment in Final Fantasy VII was pretty shocking, when Sephiroth kills Aeris. Also in Final Fantasy IX, when Vivi finds out that he was the black mage prototype was pretty neat too.

And also when you fight the Koopa Bros in Paper Mario, that was cool.

Paper mario was a great game. It's hard to say which part I liked most, watching lakilester getting chewed out, finally beating bowser at the end, realizing that watt bypasses any defense and using him to cheap out all the annoying baddies. I also liked beating up on Koopa Jr, and seeing the extent we went to fight you.

Oh Watt was the only partner I ever used in the whole game, after he joins you of course.

Did you ever see that really huge koopa that waited out of the main city at about chapter 6, on the way to koopa village?

yeah and I kicked Kent C. Koopa's ass! He was probably the hardest enemy in the game.

That was fun too. He's no where near as hard as trying to beat The Master for the Master's Degree. What was your favorite fighting tactic? I always charged then use move that jumps on a single enemy over and over, I could get well up to 14 damage for the initial damage, and I usually could make at least 7 jumps, but once I got in the 20's. (I'm pretty certain it's not multibonk)

That's the Power Bounce, The master's final form was pretty tough, but I beat him on my second try. My strategy I liked was not having hardly any extra badge moves and using up all my BP on Power Plus Badges, And also multiple Damage Dodge badges, so that when I blocked hits, it decresed the damage by about 3. That made my standard jump damage 5, so I was able to do 10 damage with a normal jump, and a charge combined with a Power Bounce gave me 36 damage in just 8 jumps. And each turn Watt always did an additional 5 damage.

WHo was your favorite ally? For some reason I always like the female allies in both games (Really fond of bombette)

Oh, and someone said that you must die in the chatbox, time to get your boomstick.

OMG the ending of legend of the dragoon has to be one of the best moments and the scene in final fantasy 7 when Aerith Gainsborough dies it was a shock.

Legend Of Legia when you get to the last tree.

I haven't gotten that far in Legend of Legia. The farthest I've gotten is the tree in the tall tower and underground in that temple thing.

I don't think I've ever finished an rpg now that I think about it.l The farthest was FF 10, and I just spent alot of time in the Omega Dungeon after beating Sin on the Airship.

Favorite moment in any RPG is part in Pandora where Zidane is going through and basicly saying he doesnt need any of his friends now.

Let's see... How about in Legend of Legia when you have to fight Gala's rival Songi for the first time, and in the forest when he sicks the thunder bastards on you?

Legend of Dragoon is great but Vagrant Story is still the best in my book a great game.

Well first there is Legend of Dragoon of course, the ending and the death of a party member, then FF IX, the battle at the tree and when the portal opens and all the airships rush it for the final battle, then of course FF X, a lot of those cutscenes of the war were great, and the cutscene where that one jackass whose name I can't remember brings out his summon, Anima wasn't it, when he was trying to force Yuna to marry him, Shadow Hearts, the ending, that was just messed up no matter which way you went, but it was also touching, and Star Ocean 'Till the End of Time when Maria explained her past and how she joined the resistance fight and her first major use of her abilities, and Xenosaga, yes the cut scenes seem to be more of the game than the actualy fights and questing, but they are a great story

The guy you are talking about is Seymore. I hated him too, but MAN was fighting as him amazing. I think the whole point of putting him in your party for that one fight is just to remind you how much stronger he was than your party by the time of your first fight.

Corwin

yeah he was one twisted jackass, but that was a really cool cutscene leading into the fight when Tidus is surfing down the cable like Tarzan on a vine, and the actual summoning of Anima in the cutscene was amazing, and of course I forgot to mention that KH is one of my favorite all time games, I loved all the cutscenes and the story development in them, the opening cutscene w/ the song is one of my favorites as well as on the second KH game, the music for both games was really good, and Utada Hikaru is a great singer, the song sounds great in both english and japanese

I would have to say in KOTOR 2 when you can tell the old man to kill himself or in the first won when you find out that you are revan.

At the end of KoToR, I believe you had the choice to kill the darth guy, I never. I'm so evil!

In Baldur's Gate 2 there was a couple of places your teammates would get so angry at each other they'd start fighting to the death. That was cool.

I wasn't that big a fan of the second as I was the first, I mean the second game just felt tiny. The first KH I enjoyed going into the Colleseum and seeing Cloud standing there, plus knowing you get to beat up just about everyone.
