I dont really know why you put this in the debate section but i will help you out with the debate part by changing it aliitle. In this thread we can debate on which anime have done the most for the industry as a whole. I guess we can start at why Gundam has helped out exponentionally. Gundam is the series that made giant robots in most peoples eyes. Between people waiting for another part to the long going anime it has jumped sales and has also created a whole new breed of anime on its way to the top. Alot of animes look or take alot of the ideas from that show because they did it perfectly or close to perfect.

Im sorry for changing the thread alittle bit but this is suppose to be a debate and there is a section for you to list your favorite anime
