Deadrising.....Should they make a new one?

ok alot of my close freinds have talked aout this and now i am really curious, SHOULD or SHOULD they not make a deadrising 2?

I don't know, I heard a lot of good things about that game when it came out, but imo, it's sounded like a one shot title, w/o a storyline behind it like the RE games, there isn't any way to really make a good sequel w/o just capitalizing on the popularity of the first one rather than having an storyline that they could continue, now they may be able to make a prequel and create a storyline from there, giving them a base to work from to also make a third game, but we'd have to wait and see

well what if a couple of the queens (that spread the zombie-ness) got out and idk infected someone on a cruise or something

I don't know, I never finished the game, only played a little on my friend's copy, it looked good and I know it got rave reviews, who knows maybe there is a new one in the offing that just hasn't been announced, but I think zombie franchises are pretty much tied up w/ Resident Evil and House of the Dead, there's not really a whole lot of money to be had outside those two franchises imo

my friend said he had heard of a dead rising 2 somewhere. i think he said your in a desert or something and u can use junk and stuff as weapons, and your supposedly an expiremental zombie turned nito a human or soemthing. but i think that he may have been lieing

No the first one was perfectly fine, they'll probably ruin the series with a sequel.

The sequel will be named Dead Falling and Frank realizes the zombies all have feelings and he purchases a massive plot of empty field real and decides to round up all the zombies and dig graves for them and bury them properly. He becomes a grave keeper.

y the way resident evil already use the cruse ship idea i though that the first game was okay ut a sequal unless there is a good story will destroy the series

well i dont think i would play another one but if they let you roam around a hole town now that would be fun being stranded ontop of a roof with hunfread of zombies coming for you

yes it could be fun but w/o a good storyline as has been mentioned the game won't really be worth making, they need something that is going to catch ppl's attention and keep them playing, there is only so far smashing zombies w/ anything you find can take you

like i said, he said that you were in a huge desert wasteland kinda place and that you are a zombie turned back into a human so there may be som,e cool things in it.... i still think my friend was lying though
