Frankenstein's monster if you read the books you'll notice he is quite the philosopher, and more complex as a character than Dr. Acula.

I think in large part it depends on which version you are looking at, since in almost every literary and film incarnation they have altered the character abilities, appearance, and motivation at least a little bit, I guess though, if I had to choose, I think it would be Dracula, I'm already a night person and vamps are just cooler, hail Lestat, besides, who wants to be a patchwork person?

if dracula bit frankenstein, then frankenstein would have the best of both worlds, but alas, he's no more than an outkast, can't even meld into human society. Dracula on the other hand can get out and have a nightlife while still having time enough to stalk and chow down on fine lasses.

Sp!r!t, that is true in the book. However, like Dracula, there have been so many incarnations of Frankenstein's monster named Frankenstein that I believe, though a valid point, it's useless to argue in this oh so general instance. Along the line of valid points Count Dracula was NOT a vampire.

confusion resolved. Over the many years since mary shelley's book and, yes, the many adaptations it's taken, it's just become easier to call the monster "frankenstein" rather than "the monster that doctor frankenstein created in his laboratory"

I'm glad to see some ppl are literate and have taken to discussing that, it's kind of nice, while I knew about the name issue w/ Frankenstein and his monster, although like many I find it easier just to call the monster Frankenstein as well, I was unaware of the fact that Count Dracula was not a vampire, I thought the whole point was that he was the first, sadly while I have read Mary Shelley's original Frankenstein novel, I did not read Dracula by Bram Stoker, only seen those stupid movies, of course the Leslie Neelson one was the best :p

Remember frankenstein is over 6 feet tall and plus he's green so yea he's a monster way more than dracula + dracula is overrated and on cereal boxes thank u very much
