I think all the greatest fights i have ever seen were in Dragon Ball Z. I mean there are way to many to name in that anime. I don't really know how they keep finding new characters to introduce to the anime and video games. But Naruto Shippuuden has some amazing fight in it to but still can't touch DBZ.

I have to agree with party i mean the DB series had a ton of bull mixed into the fighting. I mean if it wasn't for that show i would have to base my ratings for action animes a whole 3 notches down. and you can't rate an anime 7 out of 7 thats wrong it needs to be 10.

1) Goku vs Majin Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z- Amazing brawl, i hate to say it, but back when the dvd of those episodes came out a few years back, i was so desperate to watch that fight, i stole it from Blockbuster, ive never felt so evil at that point, i guess you can say my Majin side got the best of me.

2) Brandon Heat vs Balladbird Lee, and Brandon Heat vs Bunji Kugarshira from Gungrave

3) Brandon Heat & Bunji Kugashira vs Bloodwar & The Necrolyzed SOB's / Zombies also from Gungrave

4) Spike vs The Red Dragons syndicate from Cowboy Bebop - Awesomeness !!!

5) Gantz !!! Any of the battles while the characters were in Gantz, those were some bloody battles.

6) Blade Liger, Dibison, & Lightning Saix vs The Death Stinger from Zoids Chaotic Century

7) Yusuke vs Sensei from Yu Yu Hakusho - That battle was up and down all around, massive twists and turns.

8) Kenshin vs Saito from Rurouni Kenshin

9) Kenshin vs Aoshi (Rematch in Kyoto) from Rurouni Kenshin

10) Kenshin vs Shishio from Rurouni Kenshin

So many awesome battles to mention but i don't wanna go on any longer, you all get the idea. I cant wait to get into some more anime with awesome battles.

Don't laugh. When I was younger I've always been fascinated with Sailor Moon and her new enemies. I loved to watch her fighting to the rest of her strength... until they all would die, and then reborn.. etc.
The greatest fight, which made me cry.. was the last fight: Sailor Moon (Serenity) vs. Galaxia. Especially the final was very spectacular and emotionally intense. (well at least to me, a girl who was not even a high school student).
