the best free photo editing software

im making a video with sprites but whenever i copy them from paint to macromedia i have the white background with the sprite wich i do not want. so can anybody help me with this?

Photoshop is the best of the best obviously, it's easy to find it free with a torrent to get a cracked version of it

yeah you need to be careful where you get your torrents with this stuff, spend 2 days downloading something only to find out its worthless crap, that can really ruin your day.

I don't really get what your problem is? And the screenie is too small to see any details... and it won't open in a new window.
The best photo editing software will be Photoshop (as Koopa said), and there are ways you can get it, tho, I'm not gonna tell you how, 'cause it's not my biz - ask Koopa ;)
And for the movie I would get Catmasia Stusio - another great software, which I have, and used currently.
