READ THIS PARAGRAPH BEFORE POSTING OR SUBMITTING, THERE ARE SOME RULES IN HERE(SORT OF):
Ok, here's the plan, we would like some help in designing the new tags for the above list positions, personally I like the Senior Staff tag we already have, I just want to see some color added to it, we don't want ideas or questions here, we want submissions, if you have questions, catch me on msn or send me a pm, the size is however big the current banners are, I will post a few in here so that you can get an idea, other than don't use orange since that's admin color, I can't think of any restrictions beyond size, make as many mock ups as you would like, submit them, at the end of a week or two depending on how things are shaping up we will decide the method for picking the winning tags, either the staff choosing, or letting the users choose from the submissions, you can post submissions for any of the tags listed in the title including the senior staff tag, all of which can be revamped to look shiny and new, like I said personally I like the current senior staff tag and just think it needs color but if you can "WoW!" me w/ a different version, then go for it, not looking for monochrome submissions(this means only black and white) b/c staff tags should "pop" so that ppl know who the staff are at a glance, beyond that have fun, and I can't wait to see what everyone puts together, here are the original staff banner(as an example), the current mock up of the senior staff tag(for editing) and the admin tag(as another example of size):
