mmmm, Japanese! No offense to all those who like Mexican food, I hate it.

My personal favorite Japanese food is plain and simple shrimp fried rice ^^ Every time my family goes to House of Kobe (awesome place, go there is theres one close to you)

lol Sapph, your favorite is what my Mother loves ^^ (I mean that in the best way possible by the way)

what type of responses did you expect from posting this on an anime forum...? Of course we will say Japanese food. It pwnz Mexican food. Mexican food can give you horrible gas, colossal diarrhea, and the sudden urge to experiment "South of the Border".

Ramen is just one if the great Japanese cuisines. :ramen:

yea there really is no debate here. Japanese food > Mexican food. mexican food is ok. gets repetitive wit the chicken, cheese, beef, and beans tho. and corn.

I like Chinese and Vietnamese food better than both of them.

Mexicano food is better then japaneses!!! Mexicano food also has sea food dishes that don't include the stereo-type of only meat, beans, rice and tortilla (This was thanks to the stupid taco bell). japaneses food is good but not better then Mexicano food plus japaneses food kills people so I rather have a little gas then be dead.

japanese food kills people?? well, i don't really see how, seeing as japanese people generally have quite a high life expectancy... if you're referring to isolated cases of poisoning in sushi from pufferfish, or the high risk of stomach cancer amongst the japanese, i would say it's not a very good indication of how japanese food will kill people.

i'd probably prefer mexican food over japanese though....it's generally more savoury and it's got the chillies i bloody crave sooo much...hahah
probably go back to japanese food once in a while if i want something simple and not too overpowering on the tongue.....:ramen:

I hadn't had the chance to try Japanese food so far (I really want to...), so it's Mexican...for now...

Japanese food is best, you dont judge food if you havent had the real thing. the japanese food is very different in japan then it is in america, the american japanese dishes are more bland then the japan food here, iv had mexican food aswell and think it is great but not right for me.
before you truely choose food you like the best you need to come to japan and try food here first. :)

ahhh, that's a tough one...... how about Chinese. haha. I dunno, don't prefer either of those two. I'm not really familiar w/ japanese food, and mexican makes me sick often times.. :/
